Born and raised in the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN, Julie attended college at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. She has a BA in Organizational Communications and English.

Previous ministry-related roles for Julie include working as a wedding coordinator, communications coordinator, and global outreach assistant at Eastview Christian Church in Normal, IL.

When she’s not busy attending activities surrounding one of her four kiddos (ranging in age from 7 to 25) or her two grandkids, you can find her and her husband walking, biking, or playing games with their family and friends. She loves eating out, finding a new place to hike, and having good conversations around a campfire or meal.

She loves sharing the joy Jesus has gifted her with while helping other people feel welcomed into serving together and taking another step forward in faith together.
