Hope has a name.
Come discover it this Christmas.

What Christmas Feels Like at Northside
Christmas at Northside feels like a deep breath in the middle of a busy, noisy season. It’s warm smiles at the door, people who are genuinely glad you’re here, and a place where you don’t have to pretend to be anything you’re not. You’ll find meaningful worship, a message full of hope, a hot cup of coffee, and an atmosphere that meets you right where you are. Whether you’re overflowing with joy or quietly carrying something heavy.

It’s simple. It’s meaningful. And it’s a chance to discover why, even in a weary world, there’s still reason to rejoice.

Plan Your Visit

Where do I go?
We’re located at 4407 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150, and getting here is simple. When you arrive, just park on the south side of our parking lot (the same side as Starbucks). From there, look for the big WELCOME arch. That’s your entrance!

As soon as you pull in, our Guest Services team, both in the parking lot and at the doors, will be ready to guide you, answer questions, and help you find your way. You don’t have to figure anything out on your own. Just come as you are, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We recommend coming 30 minutes or more before the start of each service to secure a seat and grab a great cup of coffee. Feel free to dress casual! Some people dress up for the service, while others come in a t-shirt and jeans. We have a very welcoming "come as you are" environment. We are just happy to have you join us!

What about my kids?
We know that bringing your kids to a new place can feel a little overwhelming, and that’s why we’ve made it simple and safe. Kids from 6 weeks through Kindergarten have age-appropriate Christmas programming designed just for them. They’ll experience fun activities, caring leaders, and a safe, secure check-in process.

If you have older kids or students, they’re welcome to join you for the service. And if your little one needs you during the service, no worries at all, you can step out and come back any time.

What if someone in my family has special needs?
Every person and every family belongs here. If someone in your family has special needs, we would love to come alongside you and support whatever helps you have the best experience possible.

Northside offers special needs accommodations, including headphones, sensory bags, a sensory-friendly space, and one-on-one buddies when requested. One-on-one buddies and the sensory-friendly space are available at each 3PM and 5PM service. Headphones and sensory bags can be checked out in the concrete lobby, near Kidside. There will also be a sign-language interpreter at 3PM on Tuesday.

If you'd like to request a buddy or have any questions, please contact Amanda Judy, our Special Needs Minister!
