Many of you are probably wondering what Veritas even means… Veritas is the latin word for truth and the reason we have chosen to label ourselves with such a concept is because we believe, with everything in us, that truth has set us free. That truth has poured from the lips and bled from the wounds of our Lord Jesus Christ. He defines us. He excites us. He beckons us to wake up and get back to the business of changing the world.

Travis Whalen has been the young adult minister here at Northside since March of 2008. He married his wife Natalie on November 1, 2008 and brought home his dog Winston on November 17, 2008. Travis has worked in ministry in several capacities from children’s ministry to overseas missions in Northern Ireland...
