CURRICULUM
Three’s & PreK: This group participates in a large and small group session each weekend. Each small group travels to the large group area to participate in a fun, high energy Bible lesson. Each group then returns to their classroom for an in-depth small group discussion.

LARGE GROUP
This is a time of worship “preschool style”. It is a fun and creative learning time for the children which takes place in our special large group room, designed with young children in mind. A leader interacts on stage with our special puppet friends to teach kids about God’s Word each week.

GOD’S PROMISES
God made me, God loves me, and God wants to be my best friend. Ask your child about these promises from week to week.

JESUS MONEY
We teach our children how to give back to God by bringing their offering each week. All “Jesus Money” goes to Noah’s Ark Children’s Village in Jeffersonville (a home for children awaiting foster care) and Forget Me Not Ministries (a ministry for orphaned children in Romania).

POTTY TRAINING
Realizing that potty training is a very important part of your child’s development, we ask that children complete the potty training process before reaching our three year old area. Since the three year old area is not equipped with diaper changing stations we will page parents to assist with diaper changing when needed. Please discuss any special needs or circumstances with a staff member.

PROMOTION
Our children’s ministry follows the birth date schedule of the New Albany-Floyd County school system. This means we use August 1 as the promotion date for which children are or are not moved up to the next age/grade level.
